In-House Store Development

We have a strong in house store development team with in depth knowledge of design and drawings. The devoplment work is performed under direct supervision of architect & engineers. In-depth knowledge of materials to maintain international look and feel of the brand

Staff Training & Development

We strongly believe in the training and improving on the expertise of our staff. Our staff is always engaged in trainings related to that of Brand’s Program. Our training programs are mainly focused on communication and comprehensive product knowledge. The performance of our staff is regularly monitored through Dash Boards for each outlet separately. Our close contact with our staff allows us to identify the areas, which require extra training.

Sales & Marketing

Sales & marketing are one of main areas of our focus and concern. Outdoor marketing is managed by the brands. Our core area of focus is strategy for marketing of new line or seasonal products. We put lot of emphasis on indoor marketing and product display. Team discussions and close liaison with the each outlet helps us to maintain the overall look and feel of the brand within the shop.
